Prince Edward Island

Prince Edward Island is the smallest of all Canadian provinces but it is also the most densely populated. It is in this province that you can find Canada's smallest library in a space slightly larger than a bedroom in square footage and a lifetime membership of $5. The island is famous for its red soil and for its most renowned native: Lucy Maud Montgomery. It is, of course, L. M. Montgomery who kickstarts our list for this location.
